Caution: May Contain Traces of Humour

New Web Site

So what do you think of the new Air Supremacy website? The first was five years old and it showed. We still need to do some work on Version 2, but I think its really nice. Thanks to Mark Trefgarne of Cleartide for that. One thing you can try is printing off a page. It should print properly on A4 if it doesn’t, with your browser settings, let us know. You can either leave a comment or email. Otherwise its just on an on-line brochure that tells you what Air Supremacy can do for you and how much it costs.

Tirana sore. AA not Gillty.

I swear I’ve become an adjudication junkie. Here’s one from the Press Complaints Commission (PCC) which made me laugh this week, what do you think?

“Several people complained that a Sunday Times article by A A Gill about Albania was factually inaccurate and discriminatory towards Albanians, in breach of Clause 1 (Accuracy) and 12 (Discrimination) of the Code. The PCC made clear that the Code entitles journalists to write robust and provocative pieces, provided that comment is clearly distinguished from fact and there are no factual inaccuracies. The Commission was satisfied that the article had not breached the terms of Clause 1 in either respect. As Clause 12 of the Code does not apply to remarks against groups of people, the references to Albanians in general did not raise a breach of this clause. The complaint was not upheld.”
