Media Training

Introduction

Trade mag or Web Stream -we show you how!

Air Supremacy is a research based media training company. We see media training (TV, Radio, Internet and Print) as a seamless service of expert media relations advice, key message preparation, rehearsal and media management before during and after the interview.
We know Media Training is about helping you formulate and deliver key messages to audiences, at a sensible price. Please look at the section on costs. You will see we are competitive but not necessarily the cheapest.
We operate both a single and double trainer courses. Air Supremacy recommend using 2 trainers to ensure the optimum use of the time available. We work with PR executives to tailor courses for individuals working at the highest level. We research our stories, we identify potential issues. We film and record relevant interviews in various styles and locations. We play-back offering constructive critique and advice on how best to present yourself .You learn what to expect from interviews, how to focus on key messages without being daunted by difficult questions in a bewildering broadcasting environment.
We will ensure that you achieve your objective of training authoritative confident spokespeople to optimise each media opportunity.

Requirements

Normally we will come to your offices with a camera crew. But first we need to talk!

A week before the course one of us will contact you to discuss the content for the day. We have to have something to interview you about.
We like press cuttings, short CV's (biogs) of everybody taking part, position statements, even DVD's of previous interviews - good and bad. In fact send anything to help us develop a tailored course. If you are not sure what to send us, more is better! But we can advise you on what is really necessary.
On the training day we will need a Big room, to hold everyone comfortably, plus a flip chart and a projector (with a usb or serial pc connector). Sometimes its good to create a dedicated studio nearby, so an adjacent room is ideal to keep cabling to a minimum.
We bring everything else and normally need about 45 minutes to set up our lights, cameras etc. So there have to be suitable and convenient power points.
Crew Van parking is a problem so if there is on-site parking, can we have a bay please?
On longer trips, you might like to help us by booking hotels and transportation.
